What is Clair?
Clair is an electric nasal rinse device for daily nasal hygiene — the first upright sinus rinse system of its kind. You wash your hands and brush your teeth; Clair is the daily rinse for the filter you breathe through. Meet the Starter Kit
How does it work?
Three steps: place the saline-saturated tip gently in your nostril, activate the device — its oscillating tip technology clears irritants in seconds — then breathe. Used rinse water drains away from the fresh saline, and there’s no mess.
Who invented it?
Dr. Kemi Azeez, an internal medicine physician with 40 years of clinical practice. After seeing thousands of patients struggle with messy, ineffective irrigation methods, she spent four years engineering Clair. The design is U.S. patent protected and manufactured to ISO standards.
Is it gentle?
Yes — it’s designed for daily use and is gentle enough for sensitive noses. The tips are soft, and the rinse uses warm saline matched to your body’s natural salinity. As with any nasal routine, don’t force a rinse through fully blocked passages.
Is it rechargeable?
Yes — the device is rechargeable via USB-C.
How often should I use it?

What’s the difference between Clair and a neti pot?
A neti pot pours saline through your nose by gravity. Clair’s oscillating tip physically cleans the nasal passages while flushing with saline — clearing pollen, dust, and other irritants in seconds, with no mess.
Saline & refills
What water should I use?
Never plain tap water. Use distilled water, water that has been boiled and then cooled, or appropriately filtered water — every time. This is the single most important safety rule in nasal rinsing. Learn why water choice matters

How often should I replace the tip?
After each use.
Can I use my own salt or another brand’s pods?
Clair tips and saline sachets are designed specifically for the device. We recommend using Clair refills to keep the rinse safe and effective.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not currently ship internationally. Full shipping policy
How much is shipping?
Free shipping on all US orders over $49. Orders under $49 are charged a shipping rate calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
How fast will my order arrive?
Orders are typically processed the same business day, otherwise the next business day. Typical delivery time is 3–5 business days after shipment.
Do I pay sales tax?
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Returns & guarantee
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return your order by mail. Return shipping is free. Full refund policy
How do subscriptions work?
You’ll get an email reminder 7 days before each renewal. You can skip, pause, reschedule, or update your payment method anytime through your subscription portal — no password needed, access is by secure email link. To cancel, use the portal or contact us.
